"This year, the company is still growing. We have a lot of successful markets, Canada, the US, Asian market, European market, so we are very happy with the situation" mentioned Klaus Schroter, Managing Director of Schroter Technologie GmbH and chairman of the Meat Processing Machinery Group within VDMA (The German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association), for EuroMeatNews. His company is well represented on the local market but it also made its way on some important markets in the EU and nearby. "The Polish market is very successful at the moment, besides Austria and French market for example, but especially Russia is growing", considers Klaus Schroter, during Anuga FoodTec 2018. On the other hand, Brexit will not have any impact on the company since the British market it is open only to a small part of the equipment produced by Schroter Technologie, notest Mr Schroter. The new trends in the industry are represented by the energy savings, recipes on the processing lines and combined systems for meat products and all of them are also challenges for the companies present in this line of business, admitted the Managing Director of Schroter Technologie.
