In 2030, the food may look and taste different from what you use to eat today. Alternative proteins may be the answer to environmental issues like deforestation and pollution and that is not all, according to experts that worked within Future Lab at Sial Paris 2018.
Big data and diet apps may prescribe personalized diets for every single individual in perfect accordance to its body needs. Also, robots can turn into useful "chefs" around your house or in restaurants, learning the tricks of cooking directly from you.
