"All you need is a chef to set your menu, an MX traysealer and an oven to cook a delicious meal in few minutes", chef Peter Schlegl told us during a demonstration at Anuga FoodTec 2018.
He is behind of the gourmet meals that Sealpac visitors have enjoyed during the trade fair at the company's stand and he is also thrilled to show what the machine can do. It doesn't matter it the special tray is filled with fish, beef, pork or any other dish that you expect to find in a restaurant or a chic bistro, the processing and the cooking procedures are the same.
Sweet potatoes, fresh vegetables, cream and cheese plus rare salmon is one of the dishes that Peter have created and it can be refrigerated to be sold later or it can go fast through the MX machine in order to be put immediately in the oven and cooked in a few minutes and served.
"The point is that anyone who invests in an MX traysealer is actually buying a money machine", explained Mihai Tilinca, CEO, Pentapac, a distributor for Sealpac machines in South East Europe.
A special foil is applied to the pack and it is ready to be refrigerated or cooked. The items can be delivered to retail or in the HoReCa line of business. "Just imagine a villa whit no cook hired. You just buy those packages, put it in the refrigerator cook them fast and serve a delicious meal to the tourist. This concept is viable also for a small bistro, a restaurant or anything like that", describes Peter Schlegl the image of a perfect business.
According to the producer, owing to a special retooling system, the SEALPAC MX is extremely suitable for small production runs that require flexibility. Like the SEALPAC M1, it comes with an extremely compact design and all major options.
