GEA Group launched TiroLabel, a new labelling and printing system, which increases labelling speeds by up to 25% and is much more userfriendly than the other models before, according to a press release.

Gea, one of the largest suppliers of process technology for the food industry and a wide range of other industries, has continued to invest in its labelling and printing segment and developed machinery with increased labelling speed and accuracy.
TiroLabel labelling system GEA is the only supplier to use a motor-driven positioning unit with spring-loaded pins for its top and bottom labelers.
In 2016, GEA, company based in Germany, reported consolidated revenues of nearly 4.5 billion euros. In June the company announced that it has reached a figure of 17,000 employees worldwide.
The company is listed on the German MDAX stock index (G1A, WKN 660 200) and included in the STOXX Europe 600 Index. In addition, the company is listed in selected MSCI Global Sustainability Indexes.
