Premium Brands Holdings Corporation, a leading producer, marketer and distributor of branded specialty food products, has received approval by the Competition Bureau to acquire a 100% interest in Concord Premium Meats.
Concord is an Ontario based manufacturer of branded and customized protein solutions for retailers and foodservice customers across Canada. Its proprietary brands include MarcAngelo, Skoulakis, Central Park Deli, Black River Angus and Connie’s Kitchen.
