The pavilion, promoted by ABIEC and ApexBrasil, will cover 600 m² and showcase the quality of Brazilian beef to buyers and professionals from around the world.
The Brazilian Association of Meat Exporting Industries (ABIEC), in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), will showcase the strength of Brazilian beef at SIAL Paris 2026, one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade fairs. Between October 17th and 21st, the Brazilian Beef project will bring together more than 20 Brazilian companies in a 600 m² pavilion at Paris Nord Villepinte, France, to promote the national product, expand relationships with international buyers, and strengthen Brazil’s presence in key global markets.
Held every two years, SIAL Paris is one of the main meeting points for the global food industry. For the 2026 edition, the organization estimates the participation of approximately 8,000 exhibitors from 130 countries, in addition to roughly 295,000 industry professionals throughout the five days of programming. The expectation is to bring together participants from around 200 countries, reinforcing the global character of the fair.
The Brazilian Beef pavilion will be located in Hall 6, booth A192, and will feature a 600 m² structure prepared to welcome importers, buyers, authorities, business partners, and representatives from the international food supply chain.
The opening of the pavilion, on the first day of the fair, is expected to be attended by the Brazilian ambassador to France, Ricardo Neiva Tavares, as well as representatives from the Brazilian government, ApexBrasil, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), and other partner institutions. This institutional participation reinforces the joint efforts between the private sector and the Brazilian government in promoting trade and expanding the presence of Brazilian beef in the international market.
“SIAL Paris brings together buyers and companies from virtually all major consumer markets, and having more than 20 Brazilian companies present demonstrates the size and competitiveness of our industry. It is an opportunity to strengthen already established commercial relationships, prospect new clients, and expand the diversification of destinations for Brazilian beef. Brazil has the capacity to meet different markets, consumer profiles, and demands, and we want to show this to the world,” says the president of ABIEC, Roberto Perosa.
Brazilian Experience:
Beyond the business agenda, the Brazilian Beef space will bring a Brazilian gastronomic experience to Paris. The pavilion’s restaurant will feature an operation by Barbacoa, which will serve barbecue prepared with Brazilian beef and side dishes during the days of the fair.
The experience will be complemented by the traditional Brazilian caipirinha, served in the project space. The aim is to transform the pavilion into a meeting point for buyers, importers and business partners, combining the promotion of Brazilian beef, networking and business generation.
23 Brazilian companies
In this edition, Brazilian Beef will feature the participation of 23 companies, presented in alphabetical order: Agra, Astra Foods, Barra Mansa, Best Beef (Frigorífico Silva), Better Beef, Cooperfrigu, Datagro, Estrela Alimentos, Frigol, Frisa, Iguatemi Foods, JBS, Masterboi, MBRF, Mercúrio Alimentos, Naturafrig, Plena Alimentos, Prima Foods, Ramax, Rio Maria, RXM, S&P Global and Zanchetta Alimentos.
