Anuga is going hybrid

Anuga 2021 is getting a new image, as the physical trade fair will be doubled by online transmissions. "The preparations for the most important food and beverage trade fair in the world continue at full speed. The same applies as before: Even those, who cannot travel to Cologne in October, can visit Anuga. Anuga is going hybrid. The physical trade fair is taking place in Cologne from 09. to 13.10.2021, the digital event Anuga @home live from 11. to 13.10.2021 and subsequently on-demand. This offers you manifold opportunities to connect with the global food world in a targeted manner – and make sure you don't miss any of the new products, trends and business potential", explained Stefanie Mauritz, Director.
The key theme for this year's edition will be #transform, with a special focus on the significant transformation that is imminent in the food industry. Anuga is actively accompanying and shaping this transformation process and in the scope of new congress and event formats is picking up on the game changers: sustainability, health, convenience and digitalisation. In addition to this the highlights of the trade fair include inspiring conferences, which place the spotlight on future-oriented developments and products, informed the organizers.
