CARNEXPO Grill has started. What are the novelties brought by this event
The third edition of the CARNEXPO Grill Show started in Olimp, Romania, at the Black Sea, gathering almost 3000 guests and 120 companies that are willing to increase their presence on the Romanian market. Marking the start of the grilling season, the event ghosted by Phoenicia Blue View resort is more than a business meeting between actors in the field of meat processing, packaging, retail and hospitality industries. Culinary shows have been prepared for those eager to have a taste of the Romanian and international gastronomy and also contests between butcher teams from several companies are to be held on the beach. Different venues for guests have been arranged to allow them to see the latest innovations in the sector, while business lounges and conferences with several topics will make this event a perfect occasion to develop new partnerships among participants. As a premiere, the first Romanian Top Butcher Chef contest will be held in front of a severe jury, who is to establish also the future national butcher's team of Romania. Guests from Eastern Europe and several EU member states are attending this important event, held between 5-6 May at Phoenicia Blue View resort, Olimp, Romania.
