Cargill invests $70 million in Thailand

Cargill plans to invest more than $70 million in Thailand over the next two years to address the increase in global demand of seafood and poultry consumption.

Cargill invests $70 million in Thailand

The company announced that the new investments are part of its global innovation strategy to leverage technology, in support of the needs of partners and customers.

 The investments will be directed toward technology implementation for the aquaculture industry and the expansion of a cooked poultry facility in Nakornratchasima, in Northeastern Thailand. In addition, Cargill plans to upgrade and refurbish an aqua production plant located in Petchaburi.
