ELPOZO launches ALLPLATO ready meals

The company does it with the help of three stars from Canal Cocina: Sergio Fernández, director of the Aula de Cocina Española; Blanca Mayandía, Gastronomy and Culinary Management academic; and Juan Pozuelo, innovative cook, writer and collaborator in various media. All of them bring their love for cooking to the development of each of the recipes, characterized by their superior quality, exclusivity and innovation.

ELPOZO ALLPLATO begins its journey with three Gourmet recipes for fresh pasta with sauce and in 'magic bowl' packaging, and will gradually incorporate a large number of proposals for ready-to-eat dishes. One of the main objectives of ELPOZO with this initiative is to "give time" to the consumer.

The brand already markets formats for the assisted sale of Bolognese-style macaroni, meat-stuffed aubergine and chef's Bolognese lasagna, specially designed for counters of prepared dishes and hot spots.

This new brand will be intensely promoted with actions on social networks in which the three collaborating chefs will serve as a guide for the perfect presentation of each dish prepared.

ELPOZO aims to position ALLPLATO as the premium range of ready meals on the market.

The main consumption drivers of refrigerated ready meals are convenience, price, flavor and quality. Currently, 95 percent of consumers include these power solutions in their shopping cart. The three great levers to do so are: product quality, saving time and convenience. The company will continue to surprise consumers with solutions that check all of these boxes in the coming months.

ELPOZO is a pioneer and leader in healthy eating within its sector, thanks to its permanent commitment to research and innovation. It collaborates with universities and scientific associations throughout Spain in research projects that contribute to improving the health and well-being of the population as a whole. Its main strengths are innovation, effort, commitment, job creation, traceability, food safety and the generation of value shared by its main interest groups.
