EuroMeatNews present at the IFFA Conference in Vienna
Organized under the motto ‘Meet the Best’, the global trade fair will open its doors from
4 to 9 May 2019 in Frankfurt am Main. The event will offer an overall image about the meat industry, featuring the major trends which shape this sector.
IFFA 2019 will substantially increase its exhibition space compared to the last edition of the fair and it promises to once again set the technological benchmarks for the future and show the
entire spectrum of products and services for the meat sector – from manufacturing to high-tech.
Companies from Germany and the whole world have already registered to present their latest products and services on 119,000 square metres of exhibition space (gross).
Messe Frankfurt expects more than 1,000 exhibitors from around 50 countries. Manufacturers will present innovative technologies, trends and future oriented solutions for all stages of the meat-processing chain, from slaughtering and dismembering, via processing and refining, to packaging and sales. Over 60,000 trade visitors from 140 countries are expected.
“For machinery manufacturers, IFFA is the most important international platform. Its clear positioning enables exhibitors and visitors from all over the world to prepare efficiently, to obtain a comprehensive overview and, therefore, to achieve a future-oriented trade-fair experience. Nowhere else can you find so many experts and such a broad spectrum of innovations, ideas and business models revolving around the most valuable of all foodstuffs, meat,” said Richard Clemens, Managing Director of the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association, the conceptual partner of IFFA.
