This work showcases the sector's contribution to creating experiences linked to the product and its origin, promoting gastronomic tourism and associating it with the concept that Spain has a unique flavor.

The images showcase the landscapes of different regions of Spain, its culture and culinary tradition, with the white pig as the protagonist of an experiential journey that allows tourists to discover the country through its gastronomy.

Following its presentation at the MAPA Natural Trails stand, the video will now be used at other international events and trade fairs as a further promotional tool for tourism and the white pig, highlighting both its products and its contribution to rural development.

Daniel de Miguel, deputy director of INTERPORC, stated that “pork products enrich the experience of traveling and getting to know our country. Through gastronomy, visitors connect directly with the regions, their culture, and the way of life and work of their people…”. He concluded by affirming that “this video allows us to convey this intangible value to both domestic tourists and those who visit us from all corners of the world”.

The INTERPORC presentation also included a planned demonstration of Serrano ham cutting and tasting, which has been suspended due to the official mourning for the train accident in Adamuz. The Interprofessional Association has joined in expressing its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and its support and wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
