The speakers from this edition are:
Kris Michiels, marketing adviser VLAM: will give an insight into the “Belgian’s attitude towards meat”;
Filip Degreef, Free University of Brussels and Solvay Business School – specialized in social-cultural food research: “Food quality and security since 1950: social issues, controversy, and new food technologies”;
Geert Sciot, Vice-President Media Relations Brussels Airlines & General Manager Communication Association of European Airlines AEA: “What if the unexpected happens?”.
René Maillard, Manager at Belgian Meat Office, Brussels, will moderate this year's debate.
The event will start off with a visit to Meat&More, a meat processing company who supplies many of the Belgian butchers as well as various retailers.
