INTERPORC participates in Soul Food Nights to support Action Against Hunger programs

This charity event, created by Mateo&Co and Action Against Hunger, is celebrating its 12th edition with a unique format that combines gastronomy, fashion, and design in unique venues. This time, nearly 20 prestigious chefs-several of them Michelin-starred, such as Carlos Maldonado, Miguel Carretero, Alejandro Serrano, and Coco Montes-will create special menus to be served in iconic venues such as museums, art galleries, and boutiques.

INTERPORC will be present at this edition, reinforcing the white pork sector 's commitment to society through a project that not only seeks to raise funds but also inspire a movement in which gastronomy becomes a tool for change.

Since its inception, Soul Food Nights has raised over one million euros, served more than 5,000 charity dinners, and featured more than 50 chefs. This year's funds will be donated entirely to Action Against Hunger's programs in Spain, which focus on supporting young people at risk of social exclusion in their transition to the labor market or in creating their own entrepreneurial projects.

As Alberto Herranz, general director of INTERPORC, explains, "supporting Action Against Hunger responds to our desire to generate a positive and lasting impact on society".
