Mantiqueira USA announces the acquisition of Hickman's Egg Ranch and marks its expansion in the US
MTQ USA operates as a joint venture between the Pinto Family, founders of Mantiqueira, and JBS NV (NYSE: JBS), one of the world's largest food companies.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, subject to customary closing conditions. Murilo Scarpa Pinto serves as president of MTQ USA.
