Mongolia reports a record meat export growth in 2018

A preliminary report released by Mongolia's Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry indicates that the country's meat exports in 2018 reported the highest figure in the last 20 years.

Mongolia reports a record meat export growth in 2018

In 2018, Mongolia's meat exports reached 54,900 tons, which is the highest figure ever reported by the country in the last 20 years, as reported by Xinhuanet.

According to the preliminary report, the country has reached its goal that was set in the government's action plan for 2016-2020.

In 2017, the country exported 26,800 tons of meat.
