PROVACUNO promotes the opening of South Korea for Spanish beef

In this context, PROVACUNO, the Spanish Beef Interprofessional, has led a series of initiatives aimed at promoting the quality and excellence of Spanish beef in the Korean market. This week, the interprofessional has carried out a series of exclusive visits aimed at eight prominent importers from South Korea. These visits have had the main objective of showing the particularities of the production model that defines Spanish beef as an exclusive and high-quality product.

Korean importers have had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the entire production process, from livestock farms to retail outlets. They have been able to appreciate first-hand the high technological level and strict quality control that characterize the beef sector of our country. As a result, they have highlighted the naturalness, tenderness, juiciness and excellent flavor that distinguish Spanish products, qualities that satisfy the expectations of the Korean consumer.

PROVACUNO's main objective is for Korean importers to not only know, but also be interested in Spanish beef, and to convey this interest to the relevant authorities in South Korea. This is a fundamental step to achieve the opening of a market as demanding and promising as the Korean one, which demands large quantities of products of the highest quality.

South Korea distinguishes itself as a consumer country of high-quality beef, particularly that from animals fed with top-quality grains, which guarantee tender and juicy meat.
