Russian-based Agrosila Group, the largest agricultural holding in the Volga region, has announced it will be launching soon a brand of smoked sausages from poultry meat labeled halal.

Russian producer to launch halal smoked sausages

 

The company wants to launch production as of March this year. The maximum capacity of its facility will reach 100 tons per month and the company will create 500 new jobs in the region.

The production of raw smoked halal products will give the company a significant competitive advantage.

In November 2017, the company has started test sales of its sausage brand. The decision to launch a new product was reinforced by the availability of technological production capability and the disponibility of raw materials. In the new assortment, seven kinds of sausages will be presented: Westphalian, Milanese, Almond, Rozhdestvenskaya, Bavarskaya, Konyachnaya, Delicacy. Further expanding of this line is also planned. The products will be produced under the trademark "Juicy Gamma".
