SIAVS 2026 breaks records and consolidates itself as one of the largest global animal protein events
The International Animal Protein Show (SIAVS) 2026 is already a historic milestone for Brazilian and global animal protein. The largest edition ever, the show will occupy 45,000 square meters – a 65% increase compared to 2024 – and firmly positions itself among the largest global gatherings in the sector, with confirmed participation from companies and visitors from over 60 countries.
Organized by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), SIAVS will take place from August 4 to 6, 2026, in the Anhembi District of São Paulo, São Paulo. Each edition, the event brings together thousands of visitors from all regions of Brazil and abroad, including political leaders, authorities, international buyers, opinion leaders, and professionals from across the production chain.
The new edition highlights the event's growing international presence. For the first time, major global leaders in industrial equipment, such as Marel, Mein, and Foodmate, will be present, reinforcing SIAVS's innovative and technological profile. Another highlight is the expansion of the beef sector's presence, which tripled its presence, jumping from 280 square meters in 2024 to over 620 square meters in 2026—a growth of over 120%.
At the heart of the fair, more than 5,000 square meters will be dedicated to the leading poultry, swine, egg, and genetics agribusinesses—segments in which Brazil is a global leader in sustainable and competitive production. Alongside them, genetics, farm equipment, biological inputs, and pharmaceutical companies will complete the international showcase of solutions for the entire production chain.
"We're in the final stages of selling our venues, and international demand is strong. SIAVS 2026 is consolidating itself as a truly global event, more diverse and connected to market demands, one of the largest venues for business and innovation in animal protein in the world", emphasizes SIAVS Business Director José Perboyre.
For ABPA President Ricardo Santin, the event's exponential growth reflects Brazil's strategic role on the international stage: "SIAVS transcends borders and has become a global platform for dialogue, knowledge, and cooperation. This is where the world sees Brazil as a safe haven for food security, a reliable and essential partner for the future of animal protein".
