Singapore opens its market to eggs produced in Paraguay
The head of Senacsa confirmed that the authorization process for eggs of national origin to Singapore concluded successfully this Wednesday, marking a new milestone for the trade of domestically produced eggs.
The first shipments of the product to the Asian country are expected to depart this weekend, according to the state news agency IP Paraguay.
"The inclusion of our eggs in the Singaporean market, alongside our meats, reinforces Paraguay's credibility in terms of animal health. It is the result of rigorous and ongoing work that allows us to reach such demanding markets as Singapore, the United States, and Canada," the official stated.
