The second edition of Innovation Food Conference at Anuga 2017
The conference will be held on 9 October and will focus on the megatrends from the food industry.
Experts from the international food industry from IBM Research, Unilever, Fraunhofer, METRO, Alibaba, the BVE and many other companies are expected to attend. The aim: To jointly work out approaches for the development of efficient value chains, which provide sustainable and attractive products. The leading trend researcher, Hanni Rützler, will host the around 200 guests through the iFood Conference and accompany the event with her expertise.
