"26% of our spare parts sales are done in the webshop. So, we have direct sales, webshop sales and something in between. Also, the X Line technology is ready to transform the packaging equipment into self-running machines thanks to the IoT features integrated into it. "This is important for our customers because we have more and more unqualified people running our machines", added Hans-Joachim Boekstegers.
