Italy's Frigomeccanica is a name that doesn't need any other presentation in the food industry, the company being present in all the important markets around the world, as Alberto Maggiani, President of Frigomeccanica, mentioned.
"We have a good year in 2017 because we developed new markets around the world: in whole Europe, in all of South America and in the Eastern area: Russia and China. We grew up by applying our systems with different products. We know very well the market for salami and prosciutto and we apply this technology to products like cheese, fish, fresh pasta and dry pasta", explains the President of Frigomeccanica.
It's not only the equipment that is part of the business nowadays but also technology that stands behind any machine developed by the Italian company. "Frigomeccanica is not just a supplier of machines but also of technology. We develop new projects for new customers and those projects require new technology", added Alberto Maggiani.
This year the company is promoting some new ventilation and cooling systems based on new technologies such as "Green Air" and "Blue Air" that enhance the quality of the air in storage rooms and also a sanitizing ventilation system.
