"Go sustainable" is the slogan adopted by SEALPAC International to represent some of the newest concepts in packaging. At IFFA 2019, the company showcased different solutions, mostly MAP type of packages that are responding to the environmental issue.
Paper trays are going to be used more and more in the following years, according to Marcel Veenstra, Marketing & Communications Manager, SEALPAC International. FlatSkin, the concept launched about two years ago, has already influenced the industry by creating a trend for vacuum packaging on cardboards and is already present in ten developed markets around the world. Meantime, engineers and designers are finding a source of inspiration in this solution and their work can be easily observed in the latest MAP solutions presented in SEALPAC's booth at IFFA.
