Ambrosini Carne, part of the Italian group Ambrosini, has presented two new products during TuttoFood trade fair in Milan. The company follows the healthy food trend in the market with its latest products a sausage that is made from the meat of pigs fed on olive oil to reduce the content of fat and hamburgers with 25% less salt. “Healthy products are requested by our customers, especially the hamburger with less salt. Is wrapped in skin and it has a shelf life of 21-days”, explained Valentina Maestroni, Marketing Manager for Ambrosini, in an interview for EuroMeatNews. Another product that is also attracting consumers is the beef tartare that is presented in a ready-to-eat form.
