New Danish Crown board in place

At the board meeting at Danish Crown, the constitution for the new board was put in place, and thus also the new chairmanship that will lead the board's work in the future.

New Danish Crown board in place

Soren Skou was elected chairman, and Daniel O. Pedersen and Ulrik Bremholm were elected to the two vice-chairman positions.  

’’I am very much looking forward to starting work with the new board. The combination of external members and owner representatives gives us a really strong foundation of different competencies, and I look forward to leading a very competent board. We will now start working so that together we can successfully get Danish Crown through the transformation that has been initiated,’’ says Chairman of the Board Soren Skou. 

The new board of directors of Danish Crown A/S consists of 13 members, five external, five elected from among the owners, and three members elected from among the employees.  

The five members from the ownership group are elected from the board of representatives, to which Danish Crown's unit owners elected a total of 60 members at the local district meetings in early December.  

The board of directors consists of the following members: 

  • Soren Skou, chairman (external)
  • Daniel O. Pedersen (vice chairman, elected from the ownership group) 
  • Ulrik Bremholm (vice chairman, elected from the ownership group) 
  • Jonas Würtz Midtgaard (elected from the circle of owners) 
  • Karsten Willumsen (elected from the ownership group) 
  • Soren Bonde (elected from the ownership group) 
  • Camilla Sylvest (external) 
  • Jesper V. Christensen (external) 
  • Susanne Arfeldt Rajamand (external) 
  • Soren Brinck (external) 
  • Peter Jørgensen (elected by the employees) 
  • Thomas LW Hansen (elected by the employees) 
  • Tina Brunsgaard (elected by the employees)
