Multivac stands out as the leader of the packaging and processing sectors and the company's CEO Hans-Joachim Boekstegers is confident about the evolution in the near future. "Business keeps on performing well, even if the market trend is somehow negative," he said during a conference at the Anuga FoodTec 2018.
Present at the company's stand, Boekstegers mentioned the fact that the good evolution registered by Multivac is not always fueled by a real growth of the packaging and processing machines market but mainly by the spare parts required by clients. Nevertheles, the new technologies present in the industry gives him confidence for this year.
"We have an extraordinary system business. This year we expect a growth over 100%", declared Hans-Joachim Boekstegers while presenting the company's strategy and its global market outlook.
