After launching successfully its ostrich sausages and ostrich pate in the Hungarian market, Strucc Feszek intends to open new markets inside the EU.
The Hungarian company mixes ostrich meat in traditional Hungarian sausages to add an ethnic flavor to its product, as Sales Manager, Donat Balog, mentioned in an interview for EuroMeatNews, during TuttoFood trade show. "That's why we are here. Until now we sold our products in the Hungarian market but now we want to focus on exports. These ostrich sausages are being inspired by traditional Hungarian sausages", explained Donat Balog.
Italy, France or Belgium are the markets that are targeted by the Hungarian producer for this year as the hospitality sector in this area is more open to novelties and focused on premium products with an exotic savor.
