Thailand-based meat producer Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL (CPF) plans to transform its digital supply chain with the help of the US supply chain and logistic developer JDA Software.

CPF plans to digitise its broiler supply chain

CPF signed a memorandum of understanding with JDA Software to revamp its broiler business supply chain. The company wants to gain complete end-to-end visibility from farm to fork and synergise all its business units through Cloud technology and Big Data.

CPF will revamp its supply chain, synergizing all CPF’s business units together, leveraging a range of JDA solutions including JDA Demand, JDA Enterprise Supply Planning and JDA Sequencing, in addition to JDA Services.

The company expects to gain a supply chain complete with integrated sales and operations planning (S&OP) and demand and supply planning processes.
