INTEROVIC promotes the use of lamb in prepared dishes

As a result of this agreement, Lassal has developed the lamb ragu tagliatell, a prepared dish that combines the gastronomic tradition of lamb with the convenience and practicality demanded by today's consumers of being able to buy the dish already cooked and with easy and quick regeneration at home or in the office.

The new dish, sold in a container, will be available in 30 Carrefour supermarkets located in the Madrid, Valencian Community, and Barcelona areas, as well as in 140 Consum supermarkets. It can also be purchased directly at Lassal stores in Madrid and Valencia.

With this initiative, Interovic reinforces its commitment to innovation and diversification of formats, bringing lamb meat closer to new audiences and consumption moments, while Lassal continues to expand its range of high-quality prepared dishes, made with selected ingredients.

This collaboration represents a further step in modernizing lamb consumption, adapting it to current habits without sacrificing its flavor and gastronomic value.

Furthermore, in this new line of development, INTEROVIC announces that lamb will soon be available in Tupperware format at Amazon Fresh, Amazon's online supermarket service that offers same-day or next-day delivery of groceries (fresh products, pantry items, household goods).

A campaign that combines flavor, sustainability and territory

The European campaign ' Celebrate everyday with lamb' highlights the environmental and social benefits of consuming suckling lamb, lamb, and kid goat meat, among the most sustainable in the European Union. In Spain, their production, spread across more than 110,000 sheep farms and 75,000 goat farms, contributes to preserving the rural landscape, improving soil fertility, supporting biodiversity, and preventing forest fires.

Furthermore, the consumption of these meats helps to protect native breeds adapted to local ecosystems, promotes economic development in rural areas that would otherwise be left without any other activity, and connects directly with Spanish gastronomic tradition and culture.

The campaign also aims to break the stereotype that lamb is only for special occasions , promoting its consumption in everyday and informal settings. A well-established example is the "El Paquito" lamb sandwich, an easy, versatile, and tasty alternative that eliminates barriers to accessing the product and is a hit in bars and restaurants across the country.
