Miratorg's poultry meat production increased by 18%

Bryansky Broiler, the operator of Miratorg Agribusiness Holding's poultry project, Miratorg Agribusiness Holding, increased the production of high-quality poultry meat and has produced over 86,000 tons of products since the beginning of 2017, an increase of 18% compared to the similar period from 2016.

The company said that it follows a long-term strategy of increasing its domestic meat production, expanding its range of products and developing a network of branded supermarkets. Miratorg has built one of the largest chicken production sites from Russia in the Bryansk region. The investment in this project amounted to more than 25 billion rubles (), including 8.6 billion rubles for the high-tech meat processing unit. The company announced that from this facility it exports products to the European Union, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates, Iran and a number of other countries.

Miratorg also invested in a high-tech meat processing plant with a capacity of over 100,000 tons of meat a year. This unit supplies more than 70 items of chicken products in consumer packaging: chilled meat and semi-finished meat products.

Agroholding grows poultry on its own feed without the use of genetically modified additives and growth accelerators, and unique processing technologies guarantee the consumer a wide range of tasty and healthy meat, according to the company's press release.
